Backend Developer (m/f/d)

• You develop, test and deploy customer-specific backend applications and services for our customers' digital platforms.

• You model REST- and GraphQL-based APIs, relational and NoSQL databases, mostly in container-based infrastructures with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Together with your colleagues, you will analyze existing third-party systems such as PIM, DAM, CRM or HRM, work out suitable integration scenarios in the existing web landscape and develop the necessary components.
• If requirements are unclear or information is missing, you will find ways to get a complete picture in dialog with your team or the customer.
• You love and live clean code and high-quality software
• You and your team take responsibility for the software you have built and continuously develop it further: "You build it, you run it."

• You have a degree in computer science, are an IT specialist or have already gained enough practical experience.

• You are very familiar with programming languages and frameworks such as .NET Core, C# and/or Java Spring.
• You are also familiar with relational database systems (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server) and NoSQL technologies (e.g. MongoDB).
• You have experience in designing new and integrating existing RESTful and ideally GraphQL-based APIs.
• OAuth2, JWT or other authentication and authorization standards are no problem for you.
• You already have basic knowledge of containerization (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
• You can handle build and CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Occasional contact with basic web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JSON and JavaScript/TypeScript doesn't scare you ;-).
• If you already have some experience with middleware-based architectures or microservices, all the better.
• You are fluent in English and can easily cope with English-language projects.

In our agile development team, you will realize projects that you are proud of together because they help our customers achieve their goals. You will work with your colleagues on the backend of various web platforms for international companies. To meet the requirements of our customers, you will also implement individual extensions and integrations or develop new high-performance components.
