The Sky Q receiver serves as an important communication interface for the customer. It is therefore necessary to make current content available editorially on the receiver. The customer can find out about their currently booked packages and current offers here, as well as view further information about their subscription.

The biggest challenge in this OpenText WSM project was to offer the editor a WYSIWYG preview that adapts the special behavior and appearance of the Sky Q receiver. This allows content to be conveniently maintained and checked in the CMS, which then appears on the receiver.

The content is played out in JSON format and can thus be called up directly via the receiver application and displayed to the user.
